| Records | OPM and/or the Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) may request administrative reports on filed claims. For this reason, the Servicing Personnel Office must maintain a complete copy of all documents relevant to each claim filed including decisions made by the HR Director or the FAS Chief Operating Officer, and any OPM decision. |
